More sessions is not simply better. Historically on this board, the odds of a big up-day peaked at 4-5 of 10 sessions, then dipped again at 6+, while collapse risk kept climbing. High persistence is higher-variance both ways, so the marked rows are context to weigh, not a buy signal.

How the Regulars board works.

What is the Regulars board?
It ranks the stocks that keep coming back to the top of our scanner, by how many of the last 10 trading sessions each held a top slot, filtered to real movers (up 20% or more on at least one of those days). It surfaces the persistent runners so you can watch them before the next move instead of chasing after it.
How is it different from Top Stocks Today?
Top Stocks Today is a snapshot of what is moving right now. Regulars is the memory across sessions: names that have shown up again and again, which tend to be the ones worth stalking on a watchlist.
Does being a "Regular" mean I should buy it?
No. It is a watchlist tool, not a signal. It tells you which names have a habit of running, so you can be ready with your own plan and levels. It is not financial advice.
Is a higher session count better?
Not simply. When we looked back at how these names actually behaved, the odds of a big up-day were highest around 4 to 5 of the last 10 sessions and were no better (a little lower, in fact) at 6 or more, while the risk of a sharp collapse kept rising the more sessions a name had stacked up. In other words, high persistence is higher-variance in both directions, not a cleaner bet. We mark the 4-5 "sweet spot" and flag 6+ as higher variance so you can weigh that, but it is historical context on this board, not a prediction.
Why are big names like SPY or NVDA not on it?
The board filters to real movers, names that have popped 20% or more on at least one recent session. Mega-caps are always active but rarely make those moves, so they are excluded on purpose.
