How is it different from Top Stocks Today?

Top Stocks Today is a snapshot of what is moving right now. Regulars is the memory across sessions: names that have shown up again and again, which tend to be the ones worth stalking on a watchlist.

Does being a "Regular" mean I should buy it?

No. It is a watchlist tool, not a signal. It tells you which names have a habit of running, so you can be ready with your own plan and levels. It is not financial advice.

Why are big names like SPY or NVDA not on it?

The board filters to real movers, names that have popped 20% or more on at least one recent session. Mega-caps are always active but rarely make those moves, so they are excluded on purpose.
